Our Domicilary Care Operations Manager Rachel

We are thrilled to introduce Rachel, our new Operations Manager, who joins us with a vision to establish a market-leading domiciliary care service for the people of Burton and the surrounding areas. With a wealth of experience in the care sector, Rachel brings passion, expertise, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. We are excited to have her on board as she leads our team in making a real difference in our community.

About Us

Rachel joined Bayleaf Care in March 2025 bringing 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector, including over two years in multiple regional roles. She has served as Regional Operations Manager as well as holding leadership positions such as regional support manager, Registered Manager and Deputy Manager for some of the largest care providers in the UK.

Rachel holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, is qualified in positive behaviour support. With a full Enhanced DBS clearance and extensive knowledge of the CQC Regulations, Rachel is dedicated to supporting the growth of Bayleaf Care and delivering excellent care to all our service users.
