Registered Manager

The Registered manager ensures the home operates efficiently in line with legislation, policies, and the home’s purpose. Support staff in providing high-quality care, oversee continuous assessment of children’s needs, and develop tailored plans for appropriate service. Assist in managing, appraising, supervising, and supporting all residential staff.

Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager supports the Registered Manager in managing the house budget, staff development, and resident care, including placement plans, risk assessments, and handling plans. They help ensure high-quality service for the welfare, safety, and security of all children, while promoting the company’s therapeutic and activity-based approach.

Senior Residential Support Workers

Responsible for taking a lead role in the management of the care and welfare for each child, Senior RSW are responsible for managing shifts and providing guidance to Residential Support Workers.

Residential Support Workers

Residential Support Workers are there to provide advice, assistance and support to the children in our care. This includes attending to their practical, physical, and emotional needs. RSWs also act as an appropriate role model and work closely with children to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential

Waking Night Support Worker

Waking night Support Workers are there to provide advice, assistance and support to the children in our care. This includes attending to their practical, physical, and emotional needs. You will promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of each child living in the home, by supporting them during the night.
