The Guildhall School is a specialist independent school in Burton-on-Trent supporting children and young people aged 7–18 with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and a range of complex SEND needs. Our ethos is centred around creating a calm, safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every learner feels understood, valued and ready to learn. We provide highly personalised education with small class sizes, high staff-to-pupil ratios and individualised support tailored to each pupil’s developmental, communication and sensory needs. Our curriculum focuses on communication, independence, sensory learning, life skills and functional literacy and numeracy, supported by therapeutic input including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
